The Club is governed by The Board of Management, consisting of the President, Club Captain and five Directors. The Board determines the policies by which the club is run. The five directors each represent individual committees, and are responsible for determining the procedures used to provide services to the Surf Lifesaving organisation, local government, members, and the public.
The club employs an office administrator to assist with administrative and club registrar duties. The administrators tasks include, but are not limited to; maintaining accounts, paying bills, maintaining a register of all club members, and overseeing the operation of the club building.
