R&R (Rescue & Resuscitation) is a team-based surf sport which simulates surf rescue using the traditional belt and reel. It challenges our skills in demonstrating precision and close teamwork in every.
Fremantle Surf Lifesaving Club has a proud history in R&R over many years. We’ve recently had 2-person and 5-person teams in the State Championships, and in the last two years, our 5 person team has twice taken out the Bronze medal.
We are now getting together R&R (Rescue and Rescuscitation) teams for this season, for 2-person U13/15 and 5-person U15/17/23 and Open age groups. Normally we train on Sunday mornings, starting at 7am (before Nippers) but training times can be adjusted to suit the team(s).
If you are interested in being part of either 2-person or 5-person teams, please contact Mike Dean through the club 93354359 or [email protected]
