FAQ

Do I need to be a fast swimmer?

NO! Being a super athlete or having bulging muscles does not define a surf life saver.

Is it competitive?
No! It is all about joining in and giving it a go rather than winning. The primary objectives of Surf Life Saving are about providing a service to the community, the users at the beach and ensuring their safety in and out of the water. You can make your surf club experience as competitive as you like!
Who are the Youth Committee?
Youth activities are managed by our Youth Committee. The committee is charged with achieving the aims and objectives of the Youth Group. Contact the Club Office if you would like to be part of the youth committee.
